A ready to use jalfrezi sauce combining onions, peppers and coconut with a medium hot blend of spices. Simple to use just pour over prepared meat, fish or vegetables, simmer until piping hot throughout and serve. Can also be used as a dipping sauce. All sauces and pastes are microwaveable, freeze-thaw and bainmarie stable for at least 3 hours. Meets DH 2012 salt targets. Gluten free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Each catering tub is 2.2L.
Ingredienti
Water, red and green peppers (9%), onion (8%), rapeseed oil, tomato, sugar, modified maize starch, spices (contains MUSTARD), concentrated tomato puree, dried onion (1.5%), coriander powder, desiccated coconut (1%), garlic puree, salt, ginger puree, acids (citric acid, acetic acid), dried crushed red chilli, dried coriander leaf, paprika extract, cumin seed.
